CLE provided primary and secondary legal assistance for Eco Albania and Albanian Rafting Federation to address to court, claims on preventing environmental degradation by building two hydro power plants in the canyons of Osumi River.
The Administrative Court of First Instance of Tirana and the Administrative Court of Appeal accepted the request of the 2 CSOs and recognized their claims based on law regarding preventing environmental degradation by building the hydro power plants (HPPs) in a protected area.
