The court acknowledges the call center employee’s entitlement to compensation from the company for failing to comply with collective leave laws.

The court granted the request for compensation, awarding the employee represented by the Center for Legal Empowerment – CLE with six months’ salary. This ruling stemmed from the employer’s failure to adhere to the collective leave protocol, specifically by neglecting to involve the National Union of Telephone Operators – SKOT in the advisory meeting with the employees.
