Enhancing Access to Justice Through Paralegals: CLE organized the training need assessment meeting with paralegals.

CLE organized the meeting “Training need assessment with paralegals” within the frame of the project “Expanding Free Legal Aid Services for Women and Men in Albania” (EFLAS) funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation and implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Justice.

This meeting brought together paralegals engaged with NGOs indifferent fields in the country. Paralegals presented the field of their activities and discussed different problems they face every day.

The purpose of this meeting was to identify the training topics that paralegals see as most necessary for their professional development. On the basis of this discussion, the work plan for the ongoing trainings will be organized, which will be developed during the month of February by CLE in cooperation with the Free Legal Aid Directorate. The main goal of the trainings as well as this project is to develop the knowledge of paralegals on legislation and to train them in practice.
