Assistance with the case of the Bregu i Lumit inhabitants in the framework of the implementation of the Law on Housing, seeking compensation for moral and existential damages of 6 inhabitants due to the failure of the Tirana Municipality and IMT to implement the Law on Housing and cancellation of fines for constructions in the amount of ALL 2,000,000

The Tirana Administrative Court of First Instance accepted the lawsuit of 5 families and with an irrevocable decision declared the invalidity of the administrative acts which fined the families in the amount of USD 20,000 for building their houses – without a construction permit – where they used to live before these houses were demolished.
