The Pogradec Court of First Instance and the Korca Court of Appeals accepted the requests of 8 families for securing of the lawsuit (a provisional measure) in the process of recognizing their property rights on a building where they have been living since 1990, preventing thus the eviction of these families and 31 other families. Five months later, the Pogradec First Instance Court rendered a final decision and accepted the lawsuit of 8 families by recognizing the property rights on their houses.
