Claim for damages from a patient with serious hearing impairment who had not received the necessary services from public healthcare bodies (Cochlear Implant placement)

Assistance was provided to Together for Life to submit to court and public institutions 3 cases of young patients with serious hearing impairment who had not received the Cochlear Implant from public healthcare bodies. The Administrative Court of First Instance recognized the right to compensation to a young patient for the device purchased by the patient and for biological, moral and existential damages in the amount of ALL 9,300,000.
