Claim for damages from a patient with hemophilia who had not received the necessary services from public healthcare bodies (reimbursable medicines)

Assistance was provided to Together for Life to submit to court a claim for damages from a patient with hemophilia who had not received reimbursable medicines from public healthcare bodies. The Administrative Court of First Instance accepted the request presented by the patient for economic and non-economic damages in the amount of Euro 20,000 due to untimely administration of medications.
